The coating inside my Rachael Ray 10″ skillet is starting to come off. The cookware is covered by a lifetime warranty. But I can’t find anything online about the warranty and how to contact the “manufacturer”. Has anyone had experience with using the warranty to replace pots/pans? What is the process? I can’t find my paperwork that came with my set. Thank you.

It should be with the paperwork that came with the set. If you lost the paperwork, contact the manufacturer and let them know.
I hope you kept the receipt. You might need it.

Deary me… I’m not a fan of Rachel Ray, and I’ve had bad luck in the past with other brands of enamel cookware. Here is the “CONTACT US” page from the Official Rachel Ray Website below.
The cookware is also sold through QVC home shopping, Amazon.com and Target Stores. You may want to bring it right into your local Target and ask for an immediate replacement as an exchange. They can also tell you the toll-free number for the manufacturer which is likely written on the boxes on the shelf. Try calling toll-free USA directory assistance 1-800-555-1212 and see if Rachel Ray Cookware (or whatever it’s called) has a toll-free customer service number listed. Also, if you purchased the item using a credit card, you should be protected under the Visa or Mastercard warranty as well as the company who made the product. Good Luck!

The quickest thing to do is contact the store that you purchased the set from. See if they will replace it for you. If they won’t they should be able to get you a phone number for the manufacturer, sometimes they will even call for you.
