We are looking to buy some new cookware but want to stay away from Teflon. I’m not a big fan of stainless steel either, so maybe ceramic?

I’m going to start cooking for myself next year so I’ll have to get some cookware. I can’t buy anything that’s cheap, so I’m getting it from Williams-sonoma. What should I get. i.e. what will I use often. I don’t want to get anything that’s too specialized. I’m looking to spend from 500-800.

I want to buy new sets of cookware (pans, dishes etc. ) but I dont want the non stick ones coz it has teflon coating and I dont want to use that. Other than this and stainless steel can anybody suggest other kinds to buy for this thanksgiving.

I absolutely love them and during the last 28 years have had many other types of cookware and nothing compares. Where can I get another set and aslo replace a couple of handles on the ones I have left. They have actually held up terrific and they clean up the BEST. Thank You
