Great pan, easy to use, works on top or in the oven, cleans well, very happy with it.

This is a very good pan! Heavy weight bottom, solid, riveted handle, and deep sides. The tag says “Made in China” and the quality is excellent. The pan is heavy for it’s size which means it holds a lot of heat for even cooking. Clean up is EASY, really no need to put it in the dishwasher. The titanium exterior has a bluish hue which is very distinctive and different than any other pan I own. The titanium exterior is what prevents discoloration which occurs on anodized cookware and is cosmetic only, not really damaging, when put thru the dishwasher. The pan has deep sides so it’s niche is not for eggs, omelettes, etc. Oven safe to 500 degrees F, so start the entree on the stove top and finish in the oven. Anolon is all I buy for non-stick cookware and this is one more great pan for my collection.

This is a great buy! I already had one at home and love it. To get a second one at this price was hard to believe. I did read the other review about the pan being a “second”. This was not the case for me. I ordered 3 and all 3 are top of the line. I love these pans! I use the 10″ and the round griddle the most, this is going to be nice to use more than one at a time. I bought one for my Mom and when the family saw this…for only $18.00, my sisters, daughter and daughter in-law all want me to order one or two each. I’ve decide to buy a few extra as well to have on hand for gifts. (Did I say I love this pan yet?)

The 10″ is a perfect size for most everything. I found the 8″ a wee bit small (it’s more of a personal pan) and the 12″ is fine, but heavier to handle and not always needed for cooking space. You can’t go wrong with the 10″. If you haven’t tried Anolon’s Titanium pans, this is a great time to do so. They really are dishwasher safe. At least with the type of water I have in the city (no water softener needed), the pans show no signs of damage. Although, washing seems almost silly. Nothing, and I mean nothing sticks to it. With my round griddle, many times I’ve just wiped with a wet paper towel, since we have a house full of cooks that use it non-stop.

I do have weak hands, so a heavy pan can be an issue. I find no reason to carry the pan with food in it. I spoon it out from the stove top. The handle is comfortable. Empty is fine and the larger pans have two handles to aid us oldies.

I’ve had mine for four years or so. They look as new as the day I bought them. Un-like any other non-stick pans I’ve owned (this encludes other Anolon non-stick). No peeling or cut marks. It states that you can use metal tools, I never have.

We bought the 10 piece set for our daughter’s shower gift at Macy’s three and ahalf years ago. The price was $300. Amazon is selling it around $170. Again, great price.

As with anything, check it over when it arrives. I did and all 3 were perfect.

I’m here to say, this product will sell it’s self. I wanted this review to be helpful, since the other two were disapointed. I hoped I gave you enough info. I’m sure 99% will love these pans.

I’ve just received this together with a 8″ skillet. The 8″ skillet looks good, but the “oops buy” 10″ skillet is either a bad second or a counterfeit. The handle has a different finish that is way inferior and the handle is badly marked.

There is no hint in the description that this is a second or worse. What is Amazon playing at?

Do not buy unless you will be satisfied with a bad second.

I’m returning both as I don’t to buy from any company that allows such bad quality out of the door.
