I have had these pans for about one month now, and am very satisfied with the quality, and non-stick properties. The handles grip nicely, the pans heat evenly. Hopefully, they will continue to perform this well over a long period of time.

My husband is so picky about his cookware that I hardly ever dare to buy him anything, but he is delighted with these open skillets. He reports that they heat very evenly and are truly non-stick. We needed to replace our old Calphalon non-stick pan, which once touched a fork and had deteriorated to the point of peppering our food with non-stick flakes. These pans are supposed to be much hardier, and they certainly look it.

The non-stick surface is good and the pans work just like I would expect them to. The outer finish is an attractive and somewhat unusual color. I am pleased with these pans.

have been looking for new pans. i read reviews on this and the majority were positive. waited til on sale and purchased. the non stick coating inside and out is great and makes clean up a breeze.
