I bought it almost three years ago, and I still use it almost every day. It is still in excellent condition and the nonstick surface still works great. Unlike Circulon, which peels, and Calphalon, which I had to replace after not very long, this pan is one I would recommend with no reservations. Clean-up is a breeze; no need for soaking anything. I won't buy anything but Anolon from now on! This pan is the best pan I’ve ever had. I bought it almost three years ago, and I still use it almost every day. Quality and value unsurpassed in the nonstick category. I immediately bought 2 other Anolon Advanced 14-Inch Open French Skillet.

Unfortunately this product is not sold with a lid (but I am VERY satisfied also frying onions with VERY LITTLE oil).

After return approval, UPS pickup (free of charge) next day.

Reimbursement the day after UPS pickup.

Excellent service service for items sold directly by Amazon.

But WARNING the service is not the same in the Marketplace (I had bad experiences there).

For longer lasting, I suggest to make a first clean (to hot pan) by wet paper (then normally wash when cold, better by hands).

If you deep-fry, remember to cover the whole pan surface and continuously stir.
