Fast delivery.
Good product at good price.
I returned it because it was supposed to be 14″ size and is 12″ wide.
I immediately bought 2 other Anolon Advanced 14-Inch Open French Skillet.
Unfortunately this product is not sold with a lid (but I am VERY satisfied also frying onions with VERY LITTLE oil).
After return approval, UPS pickup (free of charge) next day.
Reimbursement the day after UPS pickup.
Excellent service service for items sold directly by Amazon.
But WARNING the service is not the same in the Marketplace (I had bad experiences there).
For longer lasting, I suggest to make a first clean (to hot pan) by wet paper (then normally wash when cold, better by hands).
If you deep-fry, remember to cover the whole pan surface and continuously stir.

This is a great product.Very good for cooking for a large group. Though heavy but best quality product i ever had. Will recommend this.

Now my favorite kitchen pan. I use it as a mini-wok;fry pan and saucier. Even bottom heat, excellent non-stick qualities.

Analon has been my choice over the Caphalon brand for years and it never dissapoints. Quality and value unsurpassed in the nonstick category. This pan is large enough for family sized one pot dinners, combining pasta with sauces, browning meat, etc.

This pan is the best pan I’ve ever had. I bought it almost three years ago, and I still use it almost every day. It is still in excellent condition and the nonstick surface still works great. Unlike Circulon, which peels, and Calphalon, which I had to replace after not very long, this pan is one I would recommend with no reservations. Clean-up is a breeze; no need for soaking anything. I won’t buy anything but Anolon from now on!
