Fast delivery.
Good product at good price.
I returned it because it was supposed to be 14″ size and is 12″ wide.
I immediately bought 2 other Anolon Advanced 14-Inch Open French Skillet.
Unfortunately this product is not sold with a lid (but I am VERY satisfied also frying onions with VERY LITTLE oil).
After return approval, UPS pickup (free of charge) next day.
Reimbursement the day after UPS pickup.
Excellent service service for items sold directly by Amazon.
But WARNING the service is not the same in the Marketplace (I had bad experiences there).
For longer lasting, I suggest to make a first clean (to hot pan) by wet paper (then normally wash when cold, better by hands).
If you deep-fry, remember to cover the whole pan surface and continuously stir.

We’ve owned this saucier for 4 years and have LOVED it from the beginning. It’s big enough to fit a whole meal for 4 with just the right shaped sides to be able to stir everything and not lose a drop. We use this thing almost everyday and it is the go to piece of cookware in our house when we need a skillet type thing. We love it so much that we are buying another one. A great piece of cookware for every kind of meal.

This is a large sided saucier and works very well when you have something that needs to be stirred or mixed frequently when you cook. Doesn’t quite replace the stir fry pan but is a close second if you need just one pan. I use this when I do up several pounds of ground beef or sausage. The high sides protect me from my wife as I spill less from the pan into the stove. Very good price and the pans last for years.

Now my favorite kitchen pan. I use it as a mini-wok;fry pan and saucier. Even bottom heat, excellent non-stick qualities.
