We just received this recently and love it. In the winter it is great to grill chicken or steaks on it. We use it on a glasstop electric stove and it works great and is very easy to clean. It is a nice addition to our Analon set that we just purchased.

As other reviewers have noted, this is a very well made, heavy pan, that is truly nonstick! I have several other Anolon Advanced pans and love them all.
You DO need to follow directions when working with Anolon Advanced — that is, keep the temperature low/medium (you absolutely cannot use high temps and expect the pan to last) and definitely preheat the pan before you use it. We use this on mooseburgers (we live in AK) quite often and it’s great. Clean up is easy easy easy! If you want a well made pan that will last as long as you adhere to the aforementioned ‘rules’, you’ll probably love this pan as much as I do! Bon appetit!

When in a hurry or the weather is extremely bad, this grill pan is terrific for cooking indoors. NOTHING sticks and it leaves great grill marks.

The wife and I love to grill outside during the summer months. I saw this being used on one of the cooking channels and was impressed. I thought I could “kill two birds with one stone” so to speak; something to have as a good substitute for grilling during the winter and a birthday present for the wife.
Sliced up some zucchini and yellow squash and WOW!! Simple, tasty and quick with grill marks included.
The pan is somewhat heavy so one has to be a little careful. Cooks on a glass top/flat top stove without any problems.

As with the complete set of Avolon Advanced cookware that we purchased, this pan has performed excellently. Highly recommended.
